About the Founder

Joe Grelle was born and raised in Indianapolis, where the rhythm of the Midwest shaped both his character and his values. His childhood was built on hardwood floors and open driveways—long hours playing basketball, summers spent at the roar of the Indianapolis 500, weekends filled with music, friends, and the kind of community that defines a true Midwestern upbringing.

That foundation of competition, teamwork, and connection carried him to Purdue University, where he sharpened his discipline and broadened his perspective. From there, Joe stepped into the corporate world by working his way up within a Fortune 50 company, where he refined his business acumen inside a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

But beyond metrics and operational excellence, Joe discovered something deeper—his passion for people. Leadership became less about numbers and more about connectivity: building teams, strengthening culture, and creating alignment between vision and execution. Whether on a basketball court, in the grandstands of race day, on stage with a guitar, or leading within complex business operations, Joe has always been driven by the same core belief:
